Our law firm obtained a 10-year B1/B2 visa approval at the US Embassy in Prague for our client who needed to visit the United States for work. Our client had to attend meetings at the foreign company’s US subsidiary. We were also able to successfully request a National Interest Exception so that our client could travel from the EU Schengen area directly to the United States. The case was complicated by the fact that the embassy in our Client’s country of residence was only handling emergency appointments due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We were able to move our Client’s appointment at the US Embassy in Prague which had quicker appointments available. This approval allows our client to visit the United States for a period of six months at a time, on increments of ten years. All of us at Pandev Law, LLC are so happy for our client and wish our client a successful business trip to the United States!
