ADRIAN M. PANDEV
Adrian is both an immigration attorney and civil litigator. Prior to forming Pandev Law, Adrian served as Trial Attorney at the Office of Immigration Litigation of the U.S. Department of Justice, where he litigated cases in federal courts across the United States.
An immigrant to the United States himself, Adrian has personally experienced the challenges faced by foreign nationals moving to this country. As Trial Attorney, Adrian represented government agencies – including the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement, and U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services – in immigration related litigation before Federal District Courts and Federal Courts of Appeal throughout the United States. Previously, Adrian held positions with the U.S. Department of Labor, the Atlanta Immigration Court, the New York office of a large international law firm, a boutique Washington, D.C. immigration firm, and the world's largest immigration firm.
Adrian is fluent in Russian, German, Hungarian and Bulgarian. Adrian splits his time between Pandev Law’s New York and South Carolina offices representing clients throughout the US and around the world.
